Ines at the Oscars!

It was an evening of gowns, glitter, and Ines Gloves! The 87th Academy Awards were aired this past Sunday, February 22, 2015, and hosted by the talented Neil Patrick Harris. I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of celebrities stepping out in leather gloves... as usual, Lady Gaga stole the show with some special ones...

~ Singer and Fifty Shades of Grey star Rita Ora uses my sensual past elbow gloves to enhance the elegance of her custom-made Vera Wang gown during her performance of  Grateful, the Oscar-nominated song from Beyond the Lights. 

~ True to form, Lady Gaga cannot make an appearance without some splash. Oscar Night was no exception as she walked the red carpet in a stunning pair of my elbow high leather gauntlet gloves in a brilliant red. She gave perhaps the most amazing performance of her career to date, highlighting some of our favourite songs to commemorate the 50-year anniversary of The Sound of Music. To top it all off, present meets past as Lady Gaga is greeted at the end of her performance by none other than Julie Andrews herself! Though Lady Gag is being criticized for her glovey choice, I feel that her red carpet ensemble was delightful... a bright splash of colour, complementary accessories, and red leather. What more could there be?
