 Marilyn Monroe is perhaps one of the most recognized and iconic movie stars of the Golden Age. She was born Norma Jeane on 1 June, 1926, and found her fame in the movies of the 1950s and early 1960s.

After spending her early years living in foster homes, Marilyn began a career as a model, before quickly moving to the movies and starring in a series of films that lead to major appearances in The Asphalt Jungle and All About Eve (1950).
