In honor of what would have been Audrey Hepburn's 85th birthday, let us take a moment to look a little closer at this fashion icon who never happened to be very far away from her long gloves...

Actress Audrey Hepburn rose to stardom during the Golden Age of Hollywood, but a career filled with on-screen success and off-screen humanitarian efforts has sealed her fate as an icon of both film and fashion.

Audrey was originally born in Brussels, and had some success in a series of British films. Then, in 1953, she was awarded an Academy Award for Roman Holiday. The rest is history...
